Dear Friends,

I am Jeshua, your brother. I am close to you.

I hold all of you in my heart. In that space, we are together and connected now.

In this heart space feel that you are known. Everything you have gone through, the depths of your emotional highs and lows, is known to me, known to the higher consciousness that I represent. You are never really alone. You are always connected with a higher love.

You often feel vulnerable as a human being on Earth, especially because you feel you don’t fit in. How do you protect yourself; how do you survive with such sensitivity? When you are surrounded by fear-based energy, it can be hard for a fragile sensitive human being to stay true to themself or to even remember who they truly are.

I am inviting you to come with me and travel with your awareness into your abdomen. Inside your abdomen you’ll see a flame, a flame of life. You can visualize it between your first and second chakra. Breathe into this flame and feel how it is nurtured by your attention. In this flame there is light, there is fire, and there is passion. You wouldn’t be here or be born as a human being without that fire. It may seem that you were born on Earth because your parents decided to have a child, but that is the superficial truth, the deeper truth is that you decided, or your soul decided, to come down to Earth.

When you are here, you need to remember yourself, who you truly are. Not the self  that was created by your parents and formed by societies’ expectations, but your true self, the flame within. It takes so many lifetimes for a soul to be able to do this in an Earthly environment, but it is also normal for a soul who starts incarnating on Earth to forget itself for a long time. The soul is like a traveler. When it first leaves home it doesn’t want to think about home, it is immersed in the travel, focused on its destinies, not on home.

On your travels you experience many things and your consciousness grows. At some point, you feel a strong need to remember home. This happens when you feel entirely lost and are in the midst of a personal crisis. You are mature as a soul when you understand that nothing outside of you, no “thing” in the world will ever provide you with real answers. The only solution is inside of you.

When you realize this, the inner journey starts. This is when spirituality becomes meaningful to you. This is where you are right now. You are in the middle of the transition from ego to heart-based awareness, from being immersed in the incarnation journey, to returning home. At this stage it becomes very important to go within and connect with that flame inside your abdomen, and to let go of the world outside you. You are still in this world, but you cannot allow the world to tell you what to do and not to do.

Feel that inner flame inside your abdomen and know that truth resides within it. Inside the flame there is knowledge and wisdom. It knows what is truthful and what is not. Ego-based consciousness and fear-based consciousness do not like the truth. Fully connect with that flame inside your abdomen and feel how clear it is and how much you know on the inside.

I just talked about a sword. The sword is a weapon, but I am using it here as a symbol of truth, not aggression, a symbol of staying true to what you know to be true.

Receive the energy of that sword. It is, in fact, your higher masculine energy. Your higher masculine energy is not afraid of other people, not their judgements, expectations or even threats. The energy of your sword knows that the truth will always win.

I’m asking you to pick a certain example or visualize a situation in your everyday life that you find uncomfortable, exhausting or draining. Imagine that you are right there in that situation and you are holding the sword of truth. You are free to choose what you want. How would you deal with that situation? How would you disconnect from people or an environment that does not nurture you or inspire you?

When you disconnect, it can sometimes mean that you leave, but it doesn’t have to mean that. Sometimes, it means that you speak up and share with others how you feel, how you see things. It may also mean that it is time you clearly state your boundaries. This is how I want it or else I leave. Perhaps there are situations or relationships where you feel that you can’t be heard, no one is listening to you. You feel that the other person is not truly open to receiving your energy and in these cases, you may decide to withdraw entirely.

What is most important is that you feel safe within your own flame of truth, with your own sword of truth. Right now, you still feel uncomfortable with it because you prefer to avoid conflict. You are afraid of conflict or rejection, and this is the biggest bottleneck or obstacle for you.

I ask you to be in touch with your fear of conflict or rejection and simply feel the emotion of fear and hold it in your flame of truth. Put it inside. You are bigger than your fear and you are able to overcome it. The truth is a very creative energy and whenever one door closes another opens. To overcome fear, focus on truth, and believe in yourself.

I will come back to where I started. You are never alone. You are not just a fragile human being; you are divine. When you choose to believe in the truth, your own inner flame will attract good circumstances and solutions.

Fill your energy field, your auric field, with your own masculine energy. Allow any  draining energy cords to fall away from you because at the deepest level, they are a waste of energy. Focus on what truly feels good and joyful to you.
