1. New channeling with audio – The Flame of Life
Pamela Kribbe channels Jeshua
“You often feel vulnerable as a human being on Earth, especially because you feel you don’t fit in. How do you protect yourself; how do you survive with such sensitivity? When you are surrounded by fear-based energy, it can be hard for a fragile sensitive human being to stay true to themself or to even remember who they truly are.
I am inviting you to come with me and travel with your awareness into your abdomen. Inside your abdomen you’ll see a flame, a flame of life. You can visualize it between your first and second chakra. Breathe into this flame and feel how it is nurtured by your attention. In this flame there is light, there is fire, and there is passion. You wouldn’t be here or be born as a human being without that fire. It may seem that you were born on Earth because your parents decided to have a child, but that is the superficial truth, the deeper truth is that you decided, or your soul decided, to come down to Earth.”
2. Conversation with Sanne – messages from the afterlife (Pamela)
A few weeks ago I had inner contact with Sanne, the deceased daughter of a friend of mine. She passed away five years ago at the age of twenty-six in a car accident. Sanne died alongside a younger girl she had cared for almost daily as a mental health support worker.
I first met Sanne during a reading I did for her mother. She made a deep impression on me with her light, joyful presence; it didn’t feel heavy or sorrowful at all. After the reading ended, I received more messages from her — messages that were less personal and more universal in nature. I share them in this article.

3. New article – A Spiritual Vision of the Aging Body (Gerrit)
We usually think of the human body as a machine. And just as a machine begins to falter over time and eventually breaks down, we also see our body as a machine that slowly wears out and eventually stops functioning.
The spiritual view of the body, however, is very different. From this perspective, the body has its own intelligence and wisdom. It has its own needs and desires, and at every stage of life it fulfills a task that matches what you specifically need at that moment. Your body is loyal to you and tries to help you. There is a continuous energetic exchange between you and your body.
As you grow older, the task of your body also changes. The emphasis shifts from discovering the outer world to discovering the inner world, and from integrating the personality and the life experiences it has gathered with the soul. The older body focuses on restoring and deepening the connection with your soul.

4. EBook “Spiritual thoughts on old age”
The above article is part of an E-book I (Gerrit) created, with co-authors Pamela and Suzy Conway.
Being old carries a certain taboo in our world; everyone is expected to be young, beautiful, flashy, and dynamic. I created this eBook to offer a counter weight to this unnatural worldview—one that burdens not only many older people but also many young people, who are more depressed than ever.
In this book, we aim to show that aging is not a process of decline but a return to the light, an awakening to inner beauty and eternity. A time of wisdom and fulfillment.
Happy reading!
