The Jeshua Channelings

Interview with Pamela – Part I

Interview with Pamela – Part I

June 12, 2026

Pamela is interviewed by Jan Marolt on the occasion of the publication of The Jeshua Channelings in Slovenian. The interview focuses on her personal journey and how she experiences her connection with Jeshua in everyday life. She also speaks more broadly about healing, inner growth, and the role of spiritual teachers

Question 1. You often write about fear, emotional healing, and inner transformation. In your view, what is the greatest emotional challenge people face in modern society today?

In my view, the most challenging thing when you face a strong emotion is that you lose yourself in it — that you drown in it, so to speak. Together with that feeling of being overwhelmed comes a sense of having no control and of being a victim of whatever created the emotion, which is usually something outside of yourself. It could be illness, financial problems, or relationship issues. There are many things that are potentially emotionally upsetting, and the greatest challenge is to remain aware of how you respond emotionally to whatever happens to you.

Before you drown in the emotion, there can be a point of awareness — a moment of reflection in which you realize: this is me responding to whatever challenge is arising. The moment you have this reflection, you are able to understand that there is freedom, that there is a space of free choice around your emotional reaction. With a deeper spiritual awareness, you can take a further step and suggest to yourself: perhaps if I truly surround this emotion with open awareness, I could learn something from it.

For example, if you start to feel very angry about something someone says or does to you, you could choose to focus on that anger rather than on what the other person is doing — rather than blaming them or being annoyed by them. You could focus on your own emotion, your response of anger, and wonder: Why does this upset me so much? Am I only reacting to this particular situation, or is there a deeper layer of anger rising up? What is this anger really about? Do I feel that I am not truly seen or understood? Is this a chronic state of feeling misunderstood that causes me to react strongly to outside triggers?

If that is the case, perhaps the anger rising in you is an opportunity to discover which part of you still needs deeper understanding, healing, and compassion. You could connect with this deeper layer of anger and imagine it as a child craving your attention and presence. If you decide to reach out to that child, the outside trigger — what someone else is doing to you — simply disappears. I consider that to be a magical moment: when you take charge of your own reactions, your own responses, and begin to transform something on the inside. The external world disappears; it is now about you and this inner child with whom you can interact. You can say: I see you, I am aware of you now. As soon as you do this, you will notice something beautiful happen. You restore the connection with a part of yourself that has subconsciously influenced your reactions to the outside world. Now you are letting it in through the front door, and you can begin to change and heal this part.

This may require repeated attention, but gradually you may find that you no longer react as strongly to outside triggers. You stop taking it personally when someone criticizes you or seems not to understand you. Your self-awareness and self-esteem grow — not in an ego-centered way, but in a truly compassionate and loving way. This is emotional growth.

Your question asks specifically about the emotional challenges people face today, in today’s world. I hesitate to give a definitive answer, because I honestly do not know. We sense that the world is in deep crisis because of wars and environmental challenges, but of course there have always been very significant challenges throughout history. I think my personal view is this: our age also offers a rare opportunity to grow on the inner level, because humanity seems to be gradually letting go of fixed, dogmatic worldviews. There is more space and appreciation for the individual experience of each person.

Throughout history, people have generally not been regarded as individuals; they were always defined as part of a larger group — a certain country, culture, or religion, or in terms of their gender or their role in society. These external definitions are still very influential, but I do believe that there is growing respect for individual autonomy and for the unique way in which every human being experiences life. Letting go of group consciousness is, I think, a major leap — and a necessary one for spiritual growth to take place.

Question 2. Many people struggle to balance spiritual awareness with ordinary human emotions, relationships, and daily responsibilities. How do you personally integrate spirituality into everyday life?

For me, I do not divide spirituality and everyday life into two separate dimensions. That said, when I channel during a workshop or when I write, I do feel my consciousness rising, so to speak. I feel energized, joyful, and full of optimism and hope — I enter a higher frequency. When I am done and return to ordinary daily life, there is a kind of coming down, and I feel the emotions and worries that anyone feels.

But I consider these to be the material I am here to work with. As a human being, I am a mixture of higher and lower frequencies, a mixture of heart-based and ego-based awareness, of love and fear. I go through ups and downs, but I consider this whole package to simply be the deal — that is what it is like to be human. So when you try to apply spiritual teachings to your everyday life, it is completely normal to be confronted with difficulties and to find that the teachings do not flow smoothly into practice. Life is tough. It will always bring situations that challenge you at your core, and you need those challenges to test your spiritual awareness. Without them, it all becomes rather abstract and empty.

In everyday life, you will often feel emotionally overwhelmed, triggered, or thrown off balance. This happens frequently, and you can just as easily be overwhelmed by your own thoughts and fears. In every such moment, there is an opportunity: to step into that free space around the emotion, where you can choose to connect with the part of you that needs more love, understanding, and awareness. If you do not choose to stay in that space of freedom, that is very human — that is okay too. But the situation will repeat itself again and again until you choose light over dark. Sometimes things have to get quite dark before you decide to stop being a victim and choose self-healing instead of drowning in negative emotions.

I think the interplay between spirituality and everyday life is very healthy and exactly as it should be. I also feel that there is a natural desire in the soul to grow and expand. If you meditate for an hour each day and feel blissful and in a higher frequency, there is still a desire in the soul to test that awareness against everyday challenges. It may not feel that way, but the soul always wants to grow and explore new territory. So when your frequency drops because you are faced with outside triggers and difficulties, it is not a failure — it is as it should be. Those difficult experiences will eventually bring you greater insight and awareness. I am convinced of that.

Question 3. Over the years, your work has deeply explored Christ consciousness and the teachings of Jeshua. How do you personally connect with that consciousness? Is it a constant inner presence for you, or do you have a specific ritual or spiritual practice that helps you reconnect with it?

When Jeshua first appeared to me — more than twenty years ago now — His presence was very special and, in the beginning, even a little frightening: very focused and centered. As I began working with Jeshua’s energy, it gradually became more familiar. It was especially helpful when I started offering readings and therapy sessions to people, because I tend to identify more strongly with my feminine energy and could easily absorb other people’s emotions, feelings, and thoughts, which left me feeling fragmented. I had no training as a therapist at all — I was an academic, accustomed to working alone, doing research, and writing my PhD thesis. Suddenly I had become a therapist, which had never been my ambition. I could easily be overwhelmed by other people’s suffering and by my own urge to help; I felt very responsible.

In all of this, Jeshua’s energy seemed very focused and masculine, helping me to create the boundaries I needed in order to do this work. In the early years I failed miserably at maintaining those boundaries — I became genuinely stressed and overwhelmed — but connecting with Jeshua’s energy was necessary for me, and it happened naturally, whenever I needed it. I do not require a specific ritual.

I also want to make clear that I do not see Jeshua primarily as a human being or a deceased spirit residing in some heavenly realm whom I call upon for help. I see it more as this: Jeshua the man represented a certain frequency, a certain level of awareness, which you could call the Christ energy. I do feel a personal presence — him as Jeshua the man — but more pervasive, more encompassing, is simply the energy field of the Christ consciousness. It has a masculine quality, and it is always there. The reason I am not always connected to it is that I am not always open or awake enough to tap into it, because it is a higher consciousness and I sometimes get lost in emotions, confusion, or negative thinking. But whenever I wake up and consciously connect with it, it is always there.

This field of Christ energy is available to everyone — I want to emphasize that. Jeshua has always told me, from the very beginning, that he is very close to us. He has lived the experience of being human, and he always presents himself as a brother. That is also why he introduced himself to me as Jeshua, rather than Jesus — he did not wish to be associated with the image of Jesus as it developed through the history of the Church. He always emphasizes that he was a man of flesh and blood with human emotions. You never need to feel that you are not good enough, not pure enough, or not yet spiritually developed enough to connect with him. He emphasizes that he holds no judgment about any human emotion we experience. I always sense a radical compassion in his energy — alongside great honesty and directness.

I think the best way to understand it is this: anyone who feels drawn to the Jeshua channelings, or who is sincerely focused on spiritual growth, already carries Christ consciousness within them — the consciousness of awakening. In that sense, Jeshua represents a field of awareness that is already inside you. It does not come to you from the outside; it helps you awaken something that is already slumbering in your heart.

Question 4. When it comes to spiritual guidance, do you feel the connection comes in its own timing, or can you consciously ask for guidance and receive a response? Do you still seek insight or advice from Jeshua or other spiritual guides in your daily life?

Yes, I do seek advice — knowing that Jeshua and other guides will not tell me what I should or should not do. They will always try to help me become aware of my choices and of the central issues I am trying to understand more deeply. Their focus is not on what I should be doing, but on how I can grow and learn.

Occasionally I sense that Jeshua or Mary Magdalene wants to say something to me. It is as though their energy fields are hovering nearby, and I feel: I need to sit down now and listen. These are very lovely moments, because I am not pushing or forcing anything. Of course I also have my own pressing questions — sometimes I feel desperate for answers — and that is fine too. You can simply sit down and ask. But the best answers generally come when your questions are clear and calm, not when you are in a state of urgency and desperation. Even then, they will help you identify what the real issue is beneath your impatience or despair, and new answers will arise from that.

For me, the most refreshing and joyful experiences are the ones when they come to me and offer something — whether it relates to something personal or to my work. And quite often when I channel for an audience or in a workshop, the frequency rises so high — partly from the channeling itself and partly from the collective field created by the presence of other people — that I feel so blissful my questions simply evaporate. I can hardly even imagine what I was worrying about an hour before, because everything seems to make sense from that higher level. Even the challenges seem to be part of what my soul chose to experience. There is a deep sense of peace and hope in that state. And then, of course, I come down from it again and face ordinary worries once more.

What I do feel, increasingly over the years, is a deeper trust that whatever happens to me is held within some larger purpose. I sense that I chose in this lifetime to experience certain things very deeply, and while that has been challenging, it has also brought great spiritual rewards. There is a peaceful feeling in trusting that a guidance exists which we cannot fully grasp with our minds — a higher guidance at work in our lives.

I also want to say: when you connect with a guide — Jeshua or any other high-frequency guide — it is truly all right to ask about anything that genuinely affects you. What will often happen is a kind of philosophical process: you bring an issue — I feel very sad about this, or I am very angry, or I simply do not know what to make of this — and the guide helps you rephrase the question, helps you find what it is really about. Your emotions begin to settle, and the most central issue comes into view. In my experience, a guide also helps you feel no judgment or shame about your own emotions, and that alone is healing: to feel their openness, their sense of humor, their unbiased perspective on the situation. This is, in fact, what a very loving and experienced therapist would do as well.

Something I do frequently is write dialogues with Jeshua or Mary Magdalene about questions arising in my everyday life. It is a form of journaling, I suppose, and it is very helpful for getting to the core of things. For me, they are like friends who perceive things from a higher perspective, and I love the sense of intimacy and connection I feel when I have these inner conversations with them.
