The One and the Many

Dear people, I am Jeshua. I am deeply connected with you from the heart. The heart is that place that gives you access to the One, the origin of everything, the source of life. There is an open space in the heart – just feel the silence of that space, the softness, the openness. This is your connection to the heart of the Cosmos itself, the Heart from which everything flows. You live in a world of form, where everything appears limited, delineated, separated from each other. You are a human being, man or woman, child or adult, and even then, you are defined by the roles in your everyday life, and so you become more and more a limited being, defined in time and space. But your heart gives you a perspective on something else, something that remains undetermined and open: the One, the immutable, the core, whatever you may call it. It always eludes the ability to be put into words, but it is very important to return to that place, again and again, to that Mystery that lives within you.
You are not defined by the roles you fulfill on Earth, by the body you have, and not even by your thoughts or by your mind. It is through your heart that you are connected to a larger reality to which you belong, and which is not determined by form. In that reality there is no form, but only infinity, freedom, unity and connectedness.
Today, I want to tell you something about the world of the One, and the world of the many – the polymorphous, as you could call it – the world of many forms. As an earthly being, you often make a distinction between human life on Earth and life in the afterlife: that which lies beyond the earthly life. And if you do channeling, you tend to think, “I, as an earthly person, make contact with a spirit or an entity beyond the earthly realm, someone who lives in the hereafter, and I will report those messages”. But what is actually happening when you think in this way? You still remain in the world of form; you have not yet transcended form. You are still a separate human being communicating with another separate being, who you call a master, a teacher, or a guide from the higher spheres. You have defined the Earthly realm with all its forms, and that of the Heavenly realm with all its many forms; for example, higher and lower spheres, with higher and lower developed creatures having different vibrations, different ways of living and life. And in a sense, you are right to do this, because that world of the afterlife also exists: there is a heavenly sphere and an astral world, where many intelligences, entities and souls live, and who there take on all kinds of form, sometimes very different than those you take on Earth. But that whole realm of the afterlife with its many forms, which you could also call “the multiformity of the unincarnated world”, still belongs to the world of form.
But there is also another world, another kingdom, another layer of Being that is the layer of the One; the One to which you find access through your heart; the One which has no place in time and space, yet is not necessarily beyond the earthly. I say, symbolically, “it is in your heart “, but that is simply a way of speaking. That statement points to the possibility for you to feel who you are and that layer of Being out of which you emerge; a Source that is neither in form, nor can it be captured by any definition. And true channeling means that you make contact with that Source, which can run through a teacher or a guide in the spheres beyond the earthly, but who acts only as a tool. True channeling is about you and the contact you make with the One, sometimes called the Tao in Oriental philosophy, and that is beyond words. Words are nothing but pointers to something.
What is important to understand, is when you feel – “I want to start doing something with channeling; I feel inspired to connect with larger and wider truths that I can pass on to others, so they can be encouraged and enlightened, just as am I” – you would do well to observe: with what am I going to connect? You can focus your attention on a particular energy, such as that of a certain teacher who has been on Earth. This teacher has a special vibration to which your heart responds; a “something” that connects you with the Unspeakable; a “something” that does not depend on a form, and certainly not on a person. The Christ energy I came to bring, and to which I came to testify to on Earth, is not dependent on me. It does not exist because of me. It is there already, and I was an envoy, an emissary, who came on Earth to bear witness to that energy, which does not depend on a person. Therefore, it can be a distraction for you to focus just on a teacher, or a master, because that individual is part of the world of form. He or she can help direct you toward the One, and it is that individual’s task and what a good teacher wants to do, but he or she points to somewhere else and not to themselves. They point to a reality where you feel completely at Home; to your own connection with the One.
Imagine now that you are there making contact with the Formless, the whispering of Being itself. Feel it, but also know that there are no words to describe it. It is what you most cherish in your heart: that connection with the One, the wonder and biggest mystery there is. This flow from the One is not tied to form: it is neither male nor female, light nor dark, great nor small. It transcends all descriptions, all categories, and yet everything is carried in its flow. And if it comes to you, you then feel relief and relaxation, because you feel in your whole being that everything you need is already here – it is all here. You have nowhere to go; you are “there” already. You are included in that Stream, and you know that everything is blessed and welcome in this Stream. That is the power you are going into when you are channeling: a deep connection within your own heart. Channeling can become your way of connection, and it can be helpful and bring good results, but channeling is no more than a way, a means. Do not become blinded by staring at forms, or at teachers, or at methods – everything comes from that clear, immediate connection to the One.
The movement toward the One is always that of letting go, and never that of grasping. The One is unbounded and completely free. It calls for utter concentration of your consciousness so that you keep it alive in the midst of your daily world, with all the fuss and the many distractions that come to you. And yet this concentration takes no effort, but rather a total relaxation, in which there is nothing you need or want; where you need not put more pressure on yourself, on life, or on the world. When you make contact with the One, a huge source of energy is freed in you, and this has an immediate effect on your body,. The One is not a thing; you cannot grasp it and you cannot give it a name, yet it is not empty or a no-thing. It is something you can feel; it is here with you, with us; and it flows through everybody and everything, including you. And it loves you – there is love in the One.
Imagine now that the One wants to speak to you, and to make that possible, you can choose a shape to give form to the One. But what form should it take? It could take the form of a teacher, a guide, a man or a woman; or it could be a Goddess or an Angel; or it could be an animal, plant, or tree. You see, it does not matter; choose something to which you can respond fully. You do not have to think about whether it is really there or not, or if it is true or not. It is the play of forms, which can help bring you into contact by creating a bridge to the One. So look at what emerges from the One, from the silence, and let whatever appears leave an impression in you, like a healing stream of energy, and let that flow through you.
The world of forms does have a function. By way of forms you communicate with each other, and love each other. You can put your arms around someone, you can you talk with your mouth, and you can build bridges through form. Forms need not necessarily separate you from each other; the game of forms can also be played affectionately. That is your purpose here on Earth: to make the play of forms, of being human on earth, a joyful celebration instead of a struggle based on fear.
I am telling you: the key lies with the One, in restoring your connection there. And the One knows no hierarchy; it is there for you, instantly. In each breath you take you find access to it; you do not have to ascend through a spiritual hierarchy or make some kind of evolution in your consciousness. You can let go of all those human ideas about spiritual progress. The Mystery cannot be understood by ideas; the One is always there, and it is the ground of your being. Do not make yourself even smaller by concerning yourself about channeling; everyone has a connection with the One – and you, too! You give voice to it your way; you choose your form, and that form will be different from that of anyone else; it will be unique and that is a good thing.
Allow yourself to be inspired by the unique way in which the One wants to take form through you. Play with it; play with the forms. The grounding lies in you, in your heart, and when you get that, honor it in yourself. When you do, you do honor to the Whole: to God, Tao or Being. I greet you all in love, from a connection with the One.
