Dear friends, I am Jeshua, a brother, a friend, a comrade. I stand next to you and embrace you.

Being human has great depths. It is essential, when you are human, that you temporarily forget your soul when you descend into the world of the senses and absorb the social ideas which are prevalent: the misconceptions, the fears, the illusions in the earthly atmosphere. When you take that leap of faith by incarnating on Earth, you know ahead of time that you will lose connection with your soul in order to take in deeply the influences of the Earth, and of life here and the conditions you have chosen.

When you take on this life so deeply that it hurts and finally begins to stifle you, then is when you are about to discover: this is not who I am. Circumstances arise in your life at this point which challenge you to go deep within and you start wondering: “Who am I really, irrespective of the circumstances which have been given to me in my childhood by my parents and my education and schooling?” Who are you really?

When a crisis arises in your life, when people leave you or situations change drastically and you stand alone, then is when you are challenged to turn to a source within yourself, a wellspring that exists beyond the earthly, and that is your soul. Your soul often comes alive in an earthly incarnation through conditions which are very challenging and hurt deeply. You suffer because your earthly self wants to become part of the world around you on the Earth.

There is a tendency in all people to adapt to the collective energy that prevails on Earth. As a child, you want to be loved, to be embraced in the arms of your parents. You want to be spiritually and emotionally nourished, so you look for that nurturing in the world around you: first from your parents, then later it shifts more to your peers, or you look for success and recognition in your work. You try to nourish yourself in all kinds of ways in order to feel alive and inspired.

Everyone wants to feel alive and be happy. But at some point, you discover, very deep inside, that all those external influences cannot give you what you are really looking for: your own core, your own soul, which is not determined by your past, by your upbringing, or by all those circumstances, but by that which brings something fresh and new into this earthly reality. It is precisely your maladjusted self that brings you back to your inner core. It is that part of you that cannot adjust, that created friction with the energy of your parents, your education, your work, and the people around you, that part of you that feels alienated and often lonely that leads you back to your soul, to your deepest being.

It would be ideal if the world that surrounds you, starting with your parents, helped you to find your inner core, your soul; that they, the people and the situations, welcomed your true self, the new that you came to bring. And this is the direction things are now going, where they have to go. The outer world needs to serve people’s inner world, but we have not yet evolved that far. There is still a lot of fear and veiled influences in the collective atmosphere of the world. For centuries, people have been accustomed to surviving by suppressing their authentic heartfelt impulses. And that suppression has been so fundamental, and has come from such a variety of causes, the result is that it is still not natural for you to express your true self. Old fears keep you back, which have been passed down from generation to generation until they reached your parents.

You are now challenged to bring change, to alter the dynamics, to turn away, to make a full turn, so to speak, and to say: “No, this is not what I want, this is not who I am.” From an inner call, an inner urge, you feel you want things to be different. In that impulse lies your originality, the new you came to bring and, above all, to experience inside yourself. You are here for yourself, in order to develop yourself and to connect your soul with the Earth, and through that process to create change, to send your light into the world around you, and to help penetrate the collective energy on Earth with a new, different consciousness. But begin with yourself – this is the key, this is the source for change.

I now want to give you a concrete exercise to further awaken your soul’s energy. When you are born as a child on Earth, you have a mother and a father who are struggling with their own fears, even though they usually have very good intentions for their child. But they often do not succeed in providing you with the actual energy of motherhood and fatherhood you long for. Motherhood and fatherhood are archetypal energies; they are a kind of universal force, a cosmic force, which holds Creation together: male and female.

I ask you now to descend with your attention into your abdomen, take quiet breaths, and connect, in a very calm manner, to the child you were in your childhood. Feel that child sitting in your abdomen, look at it, greet it momentarily, and ask yourself: “What does this child need the most? How did it experience this need? Was it the shortage of a loving, empowering father energy or was there the lack of a gentle, unconditional mother energy?”

Imagine that a male guide stands before you who represents the paternal, father energy originally intended for you, and imagine also that a female guide stands before you who represents the maternal, mother energy in its original form. They see you and want to give you their energy so you feel supported when following the path of your soul. This happens regardless of the ideas that still prevail in society, the fears you have internalized. Ask one of them for advice. Focus on one of the two guides and let its energy flow into you. Choose the one who appeals to you the most right now. Look and sense which energy wants to come to you and help you. These energies are always available to you; they support you and call you to awaken to your true self.

You often know a lot at the level of your mind and your heart. You understand the spiritual laws which exist, the meaning behind many events, but the biggest pain, and thus the greatest powerlessness, sits at the level of emotions: your inner child. Though you may even know a lot at the level of the abdomen, the level of the inner child, real obstacles, injuries, and traumas often exist there. So it is very important that you literally place your hands on your abdomen, sending warmth there, and let yourself be nurtured by cosmic energies, such as the father-mother energies. These energies are always there for you, regardless of the relationship with your earthly father and mother. Feel the support and the strength of these guides and cherish your inner child. Ask it what it needs and trust that you will receive it all.
